SuperAct®-99 will do best to provide our products to you in a timely manner. Our policy with regard to shipping, delivery, returns and cancellations is listed below.
Shipping & Delivery
Our delivery partners will ensure that your order is processed and safely delivered in a good condition. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Delivery timelines may be impacted based on Covid-19 advisories issued by the government. Orders will be dispatched through reputable courier services available in India. Our normal shipping for pre-paid orders will usually take 6-7 business days. On request of fast delivery process, extra charges would be applicable for express delivery. Unless otherwise specified, www.superact99.com will ship all pre-paid products free of cost. In the event, shipping charges are applicable for COD orders, they will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
Products will be shipped only within India.
Returns & Replacements
You can return the product with in seven days from the date on which you received the product,

We will reimburse the amount in bank details provided by the prepaid and COD customers with in 5-6 days from the day on which we receive the product.
Products of SuperAct®-99 once opened will not be eligible for replacement or a refund. The onus of evaluating suitability of a product for a particular lifestyle, state of health or dietary preference lies entirely with you. We strongly urge you to go through the information relating to product ingredients and known any ingredients interference with your current allopathic medications if any, you are advised to consult your own physician before placing the order.

If we receive cancellation notice and the order has not been processed or dispatched, we will cancel the orders and prepaid orders amount will be refunded in acc details provided by the customer in 5-6 working days.
SuperAct®-99 shall accept only the following unused Products for returns/exchange:-
-where the complete product has not been delivered;
-where the Product is different from description on the Website/ Application;
-wrong quantity received.
You must notify SuperAct®-99 in writing within 5 (Five) business days from the date of receipt of the Product and must not consume the Product for being eligible for the return/exchange.
In the event that no such written notification is received by SuperAct®-99 within the time period mentioned above and/or the Product is consumed and/or if the Product was purchased using the cash on delivery (COD) option, SuperAct®-99 shall not be required to accept the return/exchange of the Product.
Upon receipt of a return request from you within the period mentioned, SuperAct®-99 shall collect the Product from you through its logistics partner at its cost and inspect the product.
Upon receiving the Product sought to be returned/exchanged by you, SuperAct®-99 shall be entitled to inspect whether there is in fact any defect or damage in the Product or if the Product has been consumed by you entitling you to return the Product or ask for a replacement.
In the event that no such written notification is received by SuperAct®-99 and/or the Product is consumed and/or the Product is not returned in the manner indicated by SuperAct®-99, SuperAct®-99 shall not be required to accept the return of the Product.
All decisions in relation to the returns/exchange requests made by SuperAct®-99 shall be final and binding. You agree not to challenge such decision in any manner whatsoever. Grievance Redressal Mechanism

If you wish to make a complaint regarding any violation of the provisions of these Terms, you may send a written complaint to the Grievance Officer, who shall redress the complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules made thereunder.
